Seventeen plans from 1,064 to 1,660 heated sq ft. Filter by style or lot width, then use the arrows (or swipe) on any card to see each color scheme and a color-coded floor plan. Skinny plans are 34 ft wide or less; wide plans are 40 ft or more.
Estimated build prices are for the home only, based on September 2026 pricing of $180 per heated sq ft and $100 per unheated sq ft.
